Write a proposal for a research. The research question is What are the benefits of multilingual people in creating academic discourse in the digital world?

1) Why do you think this is an important or interesting question to ask/research?
2) To who is this question interesting or important? What discourse communities, both academic and non-academic ones?
3) How would your research contribute to people who are interested about languages and cultures? Why might they find it interesting or significant?
4) What do you already know about this question through news(new york times, cnn etc), background(wikipedia, encyclopedia etc), and gray literature sources(government reports etc)?
5) How do you plan on researching more on your question through scholarly sources? What are your search strategies and plans? Be as specific as possible with database and keywords.
