Pretend the Seuss V Penguin case is appealed to the Supreme court. You are a clerk for a Supreme court justice. Write a memo arguing that the decision should be reversed and defending why Penguin did not infringe on the copyright of Dr. Seuss. you must use the legal cases we have used in class and the legal doctrine to defend your arguments. this cannot be based on your own opinion but must be argues using the law.
