Write a Working Bibliography. Based on a question assigned, develop a Working Bibliography containing a minimum 10 sources. A Working Bibliography provides assurance of adequate resources for research and analysis of the research paper. At least two of the sources must be peer reviewed articles. At least one source must be a college-level textbook. Other sources could be OCLS databases and web-based articles. Wikipedia is not acceptable as a source

Business Source Complete is a good database within OCLS for finding peer-reviewed articles. Checking the box marked Scholarly (Peer-Reviewed) Journals will aid in finding those articles that meet this requirement
A Working Bibliography list does not need to be in alphabetical order, but should include citations and reference entries in APA format. It will include a brief, 25 to 100 word synopsis of each source and its potential value to the project. A Reference page in proper APA format will be placed at the end of the paper. A grading rubric is in the appendix.
The questions to be researched are:
• How can my organization overcoming resistance to change?
• What leadership behaviors are needed in my organization that would aid in successful change implementation?
• What steps would be necessary for successful change implementation in my organization?
• How can a balanced scorecard be utilized for optimum organizational performance in my organization?
• What is organizational diagnosis and how could my management best diagnose my organization’s culture?
• What are the keys to implementing successful behavioral change in my organization?
• How would leadership accomplish successful cultural change in my organization?
